Project Description
We are a limited access community of 179 townhouses situated in a lush park-like setting in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. The property was once the estate of the Wanamaker Family and later of the Breyer Family (of Breyer Ice Cream.) Later it was the site of a Boy Scout Camp. Entrance to our community is on Breyer Drive with entrances on Old York Road [Route 611] and Township Line Road. Breyer Woods runs directly behind Salus University and is less than a mile from the borough of Jenkintown.
