You manage our Virtual Staff directly through our ProjectCenter.  Our ProjectCenter is an online project management system that allows you to view our projects, tasks, file sharing, etc…  You can see what is being worked on and assign tasks as needed.  You will have one Project Manager who will manage the communication flow and provide all reporting on projects/tasks.

The communication is all done via ProjectCenter electronically/virtually and is designed for the clients that require no on-site work sessions/meetings, and no executive management level planning or strategy services.

How The VMD Staffing Plans Work:

We exchange information to review and estimate the approximate amount of support services you will require during the next year.  We then formulate a Consulting Plan that will provide you the ability to engage the services as needed, while investing considerable less than you would if you purchased the same services on an hourly basis.

Each VMD Staffing Plan has a small monthly Management Fee while active, and then a monthly payment that is a prepayment against hours to be used based upon the discounted price table (different level skill sets are set at different hourly rates (see below).  At the end of each month, your card on file will be charged for any additional hours used also at the discounted rate.
